Refund policy
At NeoBuds Care, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
* Product received is damaged
* Product is defective
* Incorrect product delivered
2. Return Request Time
Customers must raise a return request within **48 hours of delivery**.
3. Condition for Returns
* Product must be unused and in original packaging
* Proof (images/videos) may be required
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
* Refund will be processed within **5–7 working days**
* Refund will be credited to original payment method
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
* Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* Used products
* Opened or tampered packaging
* Change of mind
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Replacement Time Frame: If replacements and exchange are accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days
